The Joint Working Group (JWG) for Cooperation in Higher Education, Research and Innovation is hosted alternatively in France and in Indonesia in a voluntary university. The 2018 JWG French-Indonesian cooperation will be organized and hosted by the Université Confédérale Léonard de Vinci, Futuroscope, France under the auspices of The French Embassy in Indonesia and the Indonesian Ministry of Higher Education, research and Technology (KEMENRISTEKDIKTI)
The JWG includes official ceremonies and thematic work groups.
The 2018 edition will give a special focus on innovation processes and entrepreneurship. A plenary session will give the opportunity to attendees to get an overview and to discuss innovation policies and innovation systems in France and in Indonesia. Parallel workshops are designed with a transversal approach in order to discuss all aspects of Higher Education Research, Innovation processes and Technology transfer in different scientific fields. These sessions will be linked with the corporate and business symposium. Visit of private sector laboratories or academic laboratories in Universities of Poitiers or Limoges as well in Mechanics and Aerotechnics engineering school ISAE-ENSMA are proposed. For security reasons, registration is mandatory during the registration process to visit a laboratory. Be aware that a restricted number of participants can be applied. Attendance to the Gala and closing ceremony diner requires prior registration. You will be asked to confirm your presence by email at a later date. Your confirmation is mandatory to give you access to Poitiers City Hall and to the Futuroscope park and the closing ceremony diner. A restricted number of participants will be applied to access to the Futuroscope Park and the closing ceremony diner. Please note, an ID card may be necessary.
Language of the congress is English. However, plenary sessions will be in native language with simultaneous French or Indonesian translation.
Congress Venue
The JWG 2018 will be held at the Palais des Congrès – Poitiers Futuroscope, which is located in Futuroscope – Chasseneuil.

Abstract submission
Master, PhD Students as well as Junior Investigators are invited to submit an abstract. Abstract must be submitted in English during the registration process and before the registration deadline. All presented abstracts will be available in JWG 2018 website.

Poster presentation
Increase visibility of your research and your institution, you are welcome to present a poster. If you are Students, Scientists, Institutional Representatives or Entrepreneurs and you are looking for partners, ideas or simply brainstorm, you are warmly encourage to present a poster.
Posters presentations should be presented also in English.
