For a continuing PhD student re-registration at SIMME Doctoral School and ENSMA, please download the forms below, complete and proceed to the signatures within the laboratory and drop off the complete file to the DRED office:

For your information:
Since May 2 2019, you can register to the CVEC for 2019/2020 Academic year. The amount is 91,00€. After this registration, you will obtain an attestation that you’ll have to provide in your registration file.

Once the registration file is dropped off at the DRED office, you will have an appointment with the DRED secretary in order to pay registration fees and to update your swipecard.

ATTENTION : For a derogation of the oral Defense and/or Dissertation in English, the demand must be sent to DRED Office at the latest at the Third-Year registration. The demand is a letter from the Thesis Supervisor to the Head of the Doctoral School and the Head of the DRED comprising the reasons.
